For standard racing :

For beginner :
I recommend to play the standard racing in the game while you master the gaming skills. This is because for the police pursuits mode, you will have to beware of knocking the sideways as the game will subtract your time while you are racing to the final destination. This is the first default car when you play the standard racing mode for the first time, don’t worry! It is always easiest for the first time!
The drift:
Drifting refers to a driving technique and to a motorsport where the driver intentionally over steers, causing loss of traction in the rear wheels through turns, while maintaining vehicle control and a high exit speed. To know how to pick a right car for drifting, here are the tips for you: Pick a car with smaller in weight. If your car is heavy, it is harder to control your car when drifting. This is because more momentum is pushing your car away from the road while you are turning in left or right. Choose a car with more acceleration, i.e. torque. More torque will results in more acceleration. This is because when you’re drifting, your speed is slowing down. To make it balance, you’ll need to accelerate back when you’ve finish your drifting, i.e. when you come to a straight line after the drift. This is the car which I recommend for you :
Under the hood of this SLR is a 5.4-liter supercharged V8 which produces 640 horsepower, and given that it has no fixed roof or windshield, the car is 400 pounds lighter than the standard SLR. The lack of weight also helps the car burn from 0-60 in only 3.5 seconds.
The matter of horsepower :
What horsepower means is this: In Watt's judgement, one horse can do 33,000 foot-pounds of work every minute. So for the common conclusion when it comes to motorsport is : the higher the horsepower, the faster your car. But bear in mind, don’t expect your car to be accelerate too much at the beginning. This is because horsepower is commonly effective when your car comes into straight line with the other car. So try to pick a car with balance of torque and horsepower. But for those who likes to compare in horsepower, which you can race faster in the straight line, this is the car after the Veyron Grand Sport, which it is comes into the second:
CCXR Edition is powered by the same 4.7-liter twin-turbo Koenigsegg V8 used in the standard CCXR, with 1018 (!) horsepower and 796 lb/ft. of torque, which is achieved at 5600 RPM; however, this car is 0.2 ticks faster from 0-60 than its counterpart, completing the sprint in only 2.9 seconds.
